This reference guide to the birds of Dutchess County is a comprehensive checklist, including graphs indicating the abundance of each species seen throughout the year, as well as information on nesting, status, history, migration, habitat, and information on reporting Dutchess County bird sightings. Also included is a map and list of places to bird in Dutchess County. The 7th edition is now a handy 6.5 x 4 inch bound 32-page booklet — making it easily used in the field.
