The pair of Pileated Woodpeckers was pecking away on a dead log in my backyard. It is nice to be able to see the differences in the male (right) and female (left) in the same photo. I took these pictures and a few videos of their interactions through my kitchen window.  They were caught ‘kissing’ – beak -to-beak.
