Fall birding!

American Tree Swallow, Snow Buntings, Horned Larks return ~
Common Merganser returns from the North ~
Red-tailed Hawk numbers increase for the winter and some wintering raptors arrive ~
Continue to look for migrating geese and ducks ~
Mount and stock winter bird feeders

Keep an eye out for winter irruptive birds such as Evening Grosbeaks, Pine Siskins, Red-breasted Nuthatch, Common Redpoll
