May Census 2005
May 14, 2005

by Bill Case

Here we are again, ready to enjoy a great day of serious birding in Dutchess County.  I would like to thank all the leaders who have stepped up to the plate to lead the dedicated birders for another year.  This has been a great year already, as most of you know, and may be one of the best years yet.

A special thanks goes to Elaine Andersen for hosting the Covered Dish Dinner AGAIN.  So do some serious birding and join in the festivities at her house after 6:00 p.m. or later if you are still birding.  Call Elaine for directions to her home (see Wings Over Dutchess or your member list for phone number).

If you wish to participate, all help is appreciated.   Contact a leader in your area or Bill Case.  Contact Barbara Michelin if you cannot reach Bill.

Group Leaders:   After the census, please get your census list compiled and mailed to Bill by May 17
